Easy, rich and moist Chocolate cake
2 cups plain Flour
¾ cup Cocoa powder
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp Coffee in ¾ cup of boiling water
1 cup Milk
1 cup vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Add in the oil, coffee, milk, eggs and vanilla then beat really well.
Baked at about 180 °C for about 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
